If you like to have a beer every once in a while, keep your cash at home if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your evening bag, your money belt, and leave all cash, charge cards and chequebooks back at the hotel. Pack whatever cash you expect to use on beverages, tips and whatever pocket change you expect to throw away and leave the remainder behind.
Contemptuous? Not at all. Just realistic. You may well experience a win following a drunken evening out with your buddies and be lucky sufficiently to hook a marathon roll at a smokin craps game. Don’t forget that story considering that it is as brief as it gets if you continually drink and bet. The two simply do not mix.
Keeping your money back at the hotel is a tiny bit drastic, but defensive actions for dramatic behavior is necessary. If you play to succeed, then don’t consume alcohol and bet. If you like to blow your cash nary a worry, then drink all the gratuitous beer you are able to handle, but don’t carry plastic credit and cheques to throw into the mix of following squanderings after your bombed self loses all the cash!
Allow me to carry this one step more. Don’t drink alcohol and then jump on the net to gamble in your preferred internet casino either. I love to beer from the coziness of my apartment, however considering that I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit at my fingertips, I can’t drink and wager.
Why? Although I don’t drink a lot, once I consume alcohol, it’s definitely enough to blur my better judgment. I gamble, so I don’t drink when wagering. If you are a drinker, do not bet when you do. Both create a ferocious, and costly, drink.
