Salaries vary by establishment and location. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) figures show that full-time gaming managers got a median annual figure of $46,820 in 1999. The lowest 10 per cent earned less than $26,630, and the highest 10 percent earned well over $96,610.

Gaming supervisors take charge of gaming operations and employees in an assigned area. Circulating among the tables, they make sure that all stations and games are attended to for each shift. It also is accepted for supervisors to interpret the casino’s operating standards for bettors. Supervisors could also plan and arrange activities for guests staying in their casino hotels.

Gaming supervisors must have certain leadership qualities and good communication skills.
